Speaker:

Chang Liang was born in June 1979. He is a Senior Engineer (Grade 3) at Innovation Academy for Microsatellites of CAS (IAMCAS), a specially appointed core-position expert of CAS, and a Ph.D. supervisor. He currently serves as a Member of IAMCAS Administrative Committee and Director of the Institute for Micro-nano Satellite. He is also a recipient of the Outstanding Talent Program of Shanghai Oriental Talent Program (SOTP). He has served as the Chief Designer of the Qingzhou Cargo Spacecraft, Chief Designer of the Tianxing-1 Series Satellites, Chief Engineer of the Super-Low Earth Orbit SAR Satellite (Hai Shao-1), Project Manager of the coverage envelope project, leader of comprehensive demonstration of low earth orbit (LEO) space servicing and operations, and project leader of the China–Pakistan Military Remote Sensing Satellite System.
