To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of CPC 20th National Congress, the 18th National Congress of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) and President Xi’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and strive to achieve the goals put forward in the second Party Congress of our university, SDJU has been actively engaged in developing faculty qualifications. Recently, after a series of procedures such as recommendation, expert review and collective deliberation, SDJU Professor Yao Xiaodong was recently awarded the title of Famous Educator of Shanghai Education Circle by Shanghai Teacher’s Union, one of 20 faculty members across the city to receive this recognition.
