Cao Jiyu, former Party Secretary of Shanghai Satellite Engineering Institute, Researcher, Director of Space Spirit Committee of China High-Tech Industrialization Association, first spokesperson of Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology, teach-in member of Shanghai Economy and Informatization Commission, and distinguished, guest, and adjunct professor at several universities including Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
With over 20 years of experience as a Party Secretary at research institutes, he has received honors such as the Aerospace Contribution Award from China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. Cao has given over a thousand lectures at institutions like the China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong, Shanghai Party Institute of CPC, and various universities and industries, earning the title “Advanced Individual in Grassroots Theory Teach-in of Shanghai”. His papers and project reports have won numerous awards, including the First Prize for National Excellent Political Research Achievements, First Prize for Innovation Achievements in China’s Aerospace Management, and First Prize for Enterprise Culture Research of Shanghai Industrial System. His works have been published in newspapers and magazines such as Jiefang Daily, Military Industry Culture, and Life of Shanghai Party Branch. He has authored books including Pen Cultivation and Heart Cultivation and Pen and Ink Fragrance, and compiled Culture - The Extension of Enterprises and New Horizons in Culture.
