The lecture is to:
Introduce the basic concepts of patents, key points of examination and approval process;
Analyze the benefits and functions of patentee;
Introduce the current situation of SDJU patent application and authorization.
Speaker: Deng Liang, intellectual property administrator of SDJU Science and Technology Department, and registered patent agent. He is responsible for SDJU intellectual property application, maintenance, development, and transfer with solid basic knowledge of intellectual property theory and practical operation and management experience. He is especially good at patent applications and patent infringement protection.
