In recent years, SDJU SMSE (School of Materials Science and Engineering), on the basis of existing platforms of Heavy Forging Manufacturing Technology Engineering Center and Engineering Technology Research Center of Large Part Hot Manufacturing, has been actively expanding news fields of disciplinary and academic researches. The team of Professor Wang Xianghu, through close cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) and so on and a full play to respective advantages, carried out coordinated scientific researches around the national strategy of “the third-generation wide bandgap semiconductor” and attained a new batch of innovative achievements.
