About the Speaker:
FengXiao, the director of CDHK Professor Committee of Tongji University, and a postdoctoral fellow at the Economic Research Instituteof Munich University of German Federal Armed Forces. He presided GIZ project, major special projects of Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance, andShanghai Pujiang Program. He also published over 50 papers in Germany, Britain, Portugal, Poland, Estonia and China.
