On July 15th, Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration released the List of 2022 Shanghai Intellectual Property Information Service Outlets, and the team of SDJU Office of Science and Technology Administration was included. It has recognized SDJU as a high-level intellectual property (IP) platform, another milestone after its acceptance of 2019 Shanghai Patent Work Pilot Program.
Over the recent years, with a particular focus on IP efforts, SDJU has been improving its managerial schemes and mechanisms and actively offering IP information service. SDJU, aiming at improvement of patent quality and based on its advantageous disciplines, assesses and analyzes available patents and provides patent info. services in search, retrieval, consultancy and training by utilizing fundamental proprietary information resources, worldwide documents, patent database and analytical apprentices. Going ahead, SDJU will continuously expand functions of IP info. platform, providing high-end or value-added services such as specified information analysis, patent navigation, information alarm and industrial development consultancy so as to support innovation and entrepreneur as well as to serve S&T innovation.
Organized and launched by Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Administration, the selection of Shanghai Intellectual Property Information Service Outlets aims at steering IP information service towards greater convenience and specialization. After careful official scrutiny and public notice, nine IP information service agencies were finalized and designated as Shanghai Intellectual Property Information Service Outlets in 2022.
