As the 37th Teachers’ Day was on its way, Shanghai Education Development Foundation announced the winners of 2021 Shanghai Yucai Award. Four SDJU teachers had won the award. Among them were Wang Xianghu from School of Materials Science and Engineering, Shao Bing from School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhang Shujuan from School of Electronics and Information Engineering and Liu Zhiying from SDJU CPC Committee.
Shanghai Yucai Award was founded by Shanghai Education Development Foundation in 1995. It aims to reward teaching staff in higher educational institutions in Shanghai in recognition of their enormous contributions in teaching, research and management of education. The award itself helps promote the social status of teaching staff and gets them motivated in teaching activities, and then boosts reform and development of higher education. (Human Resource Office)
