To embrace the approaching centennial birthday of the Communist Party of China, strengthen language and cultural exchange, set up cultural confidence and boost the effectiveness of moral education, the 16th SDJU Foreign Cultural and Art Festival (FCAF) hosted by the School of Foreign Languages (SFL) had a grand opening in the theatre of Lin-gang Campus on the evening of March 25th. Theme of this event was Experiencing Language Glamour and Enhancing Cultural Confidence. Together with faculty and student representatives, SDJU CPC Deputy Secretary and Vice President, Li Xiaojun, Secretary of SFL Party General Branch, Jin Hui and SFL Dean, Zhang Yushuang attended the opening ceremony.
Competitions of FCAF this year integrated seven categorical activities: Résumé Design, Top Singers, Foreign Language Dubbing, Speech, Stage Play, Return of the King and Charity Night.
