Lecturer of material formation under School of Mechanical Engineering. He had awarded with his Doctorate degree of Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2013. His main research interest is the design of structure and composition, microstructure and property characterization of advanced high strength steel.
At current stage, he is hosting one youth project awarded by National Natural Science Foundation of China and completed two corporative projects. After joining Shanghai Dianji University, he had published five articles in SCI journals and hold 2 invention patents.
He was the first scholar who discovered the residual austenite bainitic dislocation absorption (DARA) effect, and revealed the advanced high strength Q-P-T steel with high strength plastic micro mechanism. The research findings resulted in ten articles published in SCI journals.
